How can I make a reservation?

Making a reservation at Aerocar is very easy with our online route calculator, and our form. Simply fill in all fields, indicating the source, destination, time and date, the number of passengers and if you need additional services. With this information, the search engine will provide the final price of the service you can confirm immediately. Upon receipt of your application, you will receive a confirmation on the email address you have indicated to us when booking. You can also make reservations by phone calling 02 490 3944.

How I can change my reservation if necessary?

In Aerocar, you can make changes up to 12h in advance, and the difference will be return if the service was already paid.

What ways of payment accept Aerocar?

 The amount for the safest method in the network, both for the customer and Aerocar, PAY-PAL is payable in Aerocar. For other payment method please contact us.

What if I have to cancel a transfer?

In Aerocar you can cancel a transfer free of charge, as long as it’s made 24 hours before the booking day. If cancel after this time must be paid 30% of the total amountl.

How do I contact the assigned driver on my reservation?

It is not necessary to do so. In the case of arrives at airports or railway / ferry terminals, our driver will be waiting with a sign with your name or company logo in the arrivals hall. If it´s necessary, you can contact directly with the Aerocar office number 24h 02 490 3944.

What if my flight is delayed?

All Flights are checked for possible delays and to make sure your driver is waiting at the right time. However, call Assistance 24 hours (Printed on your voucher Reserve) if you see your flight will be delay and may affect your transfer.

How long shall I wait for my transfer service?

The driver from Aerocar would wait and receptions your arrival.

What luggage can I carry per passenger?

You can carry all the luggage you need, however, you should aware if your luggage will overcome a trunk´s capacity, please notify us of this circumstances so that we can solve this problem in advance.

Do I have to warn if I travel with an underage?

You don´t need to warn if you travel with an underage except if you need to use a special chair for children. So we can properly adapt the vehicle to your needs.

Do I have to warn if one of the Travelers uses wheelchair?

It is very convenient that in case any of Travelers uses wheelchair alert us so that Aerocar can provide an adapted vehicle.

I need invoice, Can Aerocar provided it?

Aerocar will provide you a detailed Invoice of each transfer or service provided.
